Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the mycheechee.com website and the CheeChee digital services operated by AlohaTech.
CheeChee includes a mobile application for guests of partner venues and a professional web platform for authorized members of those venues.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Accessing the website or using a CheeChee service implies acceptance of these Terms.
Anyone who does not accept these Terms must not use the relevant services.
3. Description of the services
CheeChee allows guests of restaurants, hotels, beach clubs and other partner venues to join a temporary session, browse available services, place orders and interact with the venue.
The professional platform allows authorized users to manage sessions, menus, orders, venues and selected guest-facing features.
4. Access to guest services
Access to a guest session may require a code, QR code, keyword or other information provided by the venue.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and must use the services fairly, reasonably and for their intended purpose.
A session is temporary and may be closed, suspended or made unavailable by the venue or CheeChee when it expires or when required for operational reasons.
5. Professional accounts
Access to the professional platform is restricted to persons holding a valid authorization associated with a partner venue.
Login credentials are personal and confidential. Account holders are responsible for keeping them secure and must promptly report any loss, disclosure or unauthorized use.
6. Prohibited conduct
CheeChee must not be used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively or in a way that may interfere with its operation.
- attempting to access a session, account, data or feature without authorization;
- circumventing security, authentication or access-control mechanisms;
- submitting false, misleading, offensive or unlawful information;
- disrupting, overloading, damaging or abusively automating the services;
- extracting, copying or reusing data or content outside authorized uses;
- using the services in a manner that may harm AlohaTech, venues or third parties.
7. Orders and relationship with the venue
CheeChee provides a technical solution facilitating interactions between users and the relevant venue.
Products, services, prices, availability, preparation and service times, payment, cancellation and refund conditions remain the responsibility of the venue.
Any question or dispute concerning an order or service provided by a venue must be addressed directly to that venue.
8. Availability and maintenance
AlohaTech uses reasonable efforts to keep CheeChee accessible and operational.
Access may nevertheless be temporarily interrupted or degraded due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, third-party provider outages, network issues or events beyond AlohaTech’s reasonable control.
AlohaTech does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted or error-free access.
9. Intellectual property
The website, applications, interfaces, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, databases and other content associated with CheeChee are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No element may be reproduced, adapted, distributed, extracted, exploited or reused without prior authorization, except where expressly permitted by law.
10. Liability
AlohaTech is responsible for operating the CheeChee technical solution within the limits provided by applicable law.
AlohaTech is not responsible for products or services offered by venues, information published by them, fulfilment of orders, or the acts or omissions of users or venues.
Users remain responsible for their equipment, internet connection, device security and use of the services.
11. Personal data
Information about the processing of personal data through CheeChee services is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Suspension or restriction
AlohaTech may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect service security, prevent abuse, comply with a legal requirement or address a breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to the services and Terms
CheeChee may evolve through the addition, modification or removal of certain features.
These Terms may also be updated to reflect changes to the services, technical infrastructure or applicable law.
The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions that may apply.
In the event of a dispute, the parties are encouraged to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
